At KNHAA, we currently offer exchanges only. No refunds are provided. If the product you receive is not the right size or is damaged, you may request an exchange under the terms listed below.

  • Eligibility for Exchange
    • Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
    • A proof of purchase or payment receipt is required.
  • Exchange Procedure
    • Initiate an exchange request by contacting us before returning the item.
    • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If the Desired Size is Unavailable
    • You may select an alternate product of equal value, provided the item is in stock.
    • If no suitable replacement is available, we cannot process the exchange.
    • We strongly recommend checking our detailed size chart before placing your order to avoid sizing issues.
  • Damages and Issues
    • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • To report an issue, email: support@knhaa.com — include your order number and clear photos of the damaged/defective item.
    • Once your request is reviewed and verified by our team: a quality check will be conducted. If approved, we will arrange for the return of the damaged product and ship a replacement.
    • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for processing.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
    • Cancellations are only accepted if the order is still in processing and has not yet been dispatched.
