Cancellation Policy

Before your order ships

If you need to cancel an order, contact KNHAA as soon as possible through the Contact page and include your order number.

Before dispatch

Cancellation requests may be considered while an order is still being processed and has not been dispatched. A cancellation is effective only once KNHAA confirms it.

After dispatch

Orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please refer to the Returns & Exchanges policy and contact us for guidance. Do not refuse or return a parcel without first contacting us.

Refunds for approved cancellations

If a cancellation is approved after payment has been collected, the applicable refund will generally be initiated to the original payment method where possible. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.

Order changes

Address, size, or product changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been confirmed. Contact us immediately and we will let you know whether the change is still possible.
